The Dental program offers access to high quality, affordable coverage for members and their entire families. It is available for individuals both under and over age 65 and includes an optional orthodontia plan.
Choice of three plans allows members to choose the level of benefits that best fits them and their families. All plans are available on an indemnity or PPO basis. The PPO utilizes a network of over 80,000 providers nationwide and charge up to 40% below the usual charge. The Indemnity plan allows the insured to see any dentist without any network restrictions.
Covered services include Preventive Care(oral exams, fluoride treatments), Diagnostic Care (x-rays), Basic care (extractions, fillings) and Major Care (periodontal, crowns).
